The Website is operated by Mechanical Devices Ltd. and its affiliated companies, including Mechanical Devices Inc. (collectively, “Mechanical Devices,” “MD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website provides information about Mechanical Devices, its thermal control units, temperature forcing systems, applications, services, and support resources.
Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes. It does not constitute engineering, safety, legal, regulatory, or professional advice.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, performance data, and technical materials. However:
- Products and specifications may change without notice.
- Images and illustrations may differ from delivered configurations.
- Performance depends on the DUT, package, socket, PCB, fixture, thermal load, ambient conditions, and system configuration.
- Charts and performance values may be based on specific test conditions.
- Website content does not constitute a binding quotation, warranty, or performance guarantee.
The applicable quotation, order confirmation, product specification, warranty, or signed agreement will control if it conflicts with information on the Website.

Downloaded software and technical materials are provided subject to applicable export-control laws and restrictions.

“Mechanical Devices,” “MD,” “MaxTC,” “Power Plus,” “ECO COOL,” “FlexTC,” “TOP COOL,” associated logos, and related marks are trademarks or proprietary identifiers of Mechanical Devices.
No license or ownership right is granted except for the limited right to use the Website under these Terms.
9.Patents and Proprietary Technology
Mechanical Devices products, thermal-control methods, fixtures, components, and related technologies may be protected by patents, patent applications, design rights, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.
Publication on the Website does not grant any right or license under those rights.
10.User Communications and Submissions
If you submit an inquiry, application description, comment, suggestion, or other communication, you represent that:
- You have the right to provide it
- It does not infringe another party’s rights
- It does not contain unlawful or malicious material
- Mechanical Devices may use it to respond to your request and provide relevant products or services
Do not submit confidential information unless an appropriate nondisclosure agreement is already in effect.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or obligation that cannot legally be excluded.
14.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mechanical Devices and its affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from Website use.
This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Mechanical Devices’ aggregate liability arising from use of the Website will be limited to the greater of:
- The amount paid by you specifically for Website access during the preceding 12 months; or
- US$100.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Mechanical Devices harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

The competent courts located in Haifa, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Website or these Terms.
Separate commercial agreements with Mechanical Devices may contain different governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions. Those provisions will control for matters covered by those agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
21.No Waiver
A failure by Mechanical Devices to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
