Adapter plates:

Are attached to the test boards. the same universal adapter plate can be used in many different projects for testing a diversity of devices.

Toggle clamp unit (MDPCUD485):

The toggle clamp works as an external actuation station which connects the thermal head securley in place with the socket/board adapter. The toggle clamp provides solid constant contact for efficient conductivity between the plunger and the package. The toggle clamp works for various size PCB’s.

Actuator Application Setup:

Clip-on actuator (MDPSMINI-2):

The actuator connects the thermal head with the socket/board adapter using two clips and connects the plunger to the package through a controllable actuation force (from 1 to 80 kgf) to create constant contact and efficient conductivity.

Manual actuator:

Connects the thermal head with the plunger to a socketed adapter and DUT with controllable force (from 1 to 80 kgf) for constant contact and efficient conductivity.
